Meet Dan Cantero
I’m Dan Cantero, a professional headshot and commercial photographer in Sydney, with a private studio in Balgowlah on the Northern Beaches.
I’ve always had a love for photography, and I’ve spent the last 12 years photographing headshots for professionals, teams and actors. I’m an AIPP accredited photographer.

My approach
Getting people to relax is my superpower
Not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera, and that’s ok. I take the time to get to know you before we start shooting, so we can work together to create images you love.
Over the years I’ve developed a lighting setup that’s modern, fresh and very flattering. Combined with careful retouching, it produces headshots you’ll be proud to use everywhere.
My sessions aren’t stressful. I send you everything you need to prepare, and on the day I walk you through every step, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
